This Privacy Policy explains how deganzos collects, uses, and protects your information when you request a commission or use the tracking features.
These policies may be updated as new services and commissions are introduced.
Information I Collect
When you submit a commission request, deganzos collects the information you provide: your Discord username, server name, selected module, the price you wish to spend, and any additional information you choose to include.
If a verified Discord user ID is available it may also be stored. Discord usernames are used only as contact/display information and are not treated as unique identifiers.
How Information Is Used
Your information is used to review, manage, and develop your commission. This includes contacting you about your request, tracking project progress, and maintaining records of work performed.
I do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Development Codes
Each commission receives a unique development code generated server-side. This code is used to access your project tracking page. You are responsible for keeping your development code safe.
Tracking pages only expose information intended for you as the client. Internal notes, private admin data, and credentials are never exposed on tracking pages.
Data Retention
Commission records and related data are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain historical records of work performed.
You may request deletion of your commission data by contacting me. Some data may be retained where required by applicable law.
Data Security
I implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including server-side storage, access controls, and admin authorization enforced on every protected operation.
Webhook URLs, tokens, API keys, and credentials are stored server-side only and are never exposed in frontend code or to clients.
Third-Party Services
deganzos operates through Discord's platform and relies on Discord's API and infrastructure. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Commission notifications may be delivered via Discord webhooks. These deliveries do not expose your information beyond what is necessary to process your request.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
- The right to access the information I hold about you.
- The right to request correction of inaccurate information.
- The right to request deletion of your commission data.
- The right to object to certain processing activities.
