Terms & Agreement

These Terms & Agreement govern your use of deganzos's commission and development services. Please read them carefully before requesting a commission.
These policies may be updated as new services and commissions are introduced.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a commission request, hiring, or otherwise engaging the services offered by deganzos ("deganzos," "I," "me," or "the developer"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not request or use these services.
These Terms constitute an agreement between you and deganzos regarding the development of custom Discord bots and related server systems.
Services Provided
deganzos provides custom Discord bot development and server system services on a commission basis. Services include but are not limited to moderation, ticketing, giveaways, leveling, economy, logging, automation, and custom modules.
Each commission is developed around the requirements you provide. The scope, features, and deliverables of a commission are agreed between you and deganzos before development begins.
Commissions & Submissions
Commission requests can only be submitted when commissions are open. When commissions are closed, new submissions are not accepted, but existing commissions, tracking, and progress pages continue to function.
Upon a successful submission you receive a unique development code. You are responsible for saving this code, as it is required to track your project progress.
Your Responsibilities
As a client requesting a commission, you are responsible for the following:
- Providing accurate and complete information about your server and requirements.
- Having the necessary permissions to add and configure bots within your Discord server.
- Responding to questions and providing feedback in a timely manner during development.
- Using delivered systems in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use deganzos's services for any of the following purposes:
- Harassment, abuse, or harm of any individual or group.
- Distribution of malware, spam, or malicious content.
- Using delivered bots to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute commissioned code without agreement.
- Using the services for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
Service Availability
deganzos strives to deliver reliable systems but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of any delivered bot. Bots may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, Discord API changes, or infrastructure issues beyond my control.
I am not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability. Support and maintenance are provided for commissioned features as agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all liability for:
- Any loss of data or server configurations.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Any issues arising from Discord's platform, API, or infrastructure.
- Any actions taken by delivered bots based on your configuration or commands.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the services or legal requirements. Continued use of deganzos's services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
